Hints of Spring

It's true, we have snow again. I did however notice some small signs of spring over the weekend when Mags and I were out on Saturday morning... many of the trees along the main drag are starting to have little buds on them, grass in common areas is becoming green instead of winter brown, and I also can't discount the spring greens in the shrubbery almost everywhere I go... In like a lion, out like a lamb - let's go with that, alright? March has been snowy, very cool bridging on cold some days, and covered in yellow dust. April's gonna be all sunshowers and flower blossoms, I can see it now... a girl can dream, right!?!

  1. we took a big long walk on the weekend too and noticed all the budding that was quietly taking place!! of course that was the day AFTER the neon orange skies caused by the yellow dust and the day BEFORE the massive dump of snow... again... sigh...

  2. I know, I know... a string of bad words flew out of my mouth when I got outside after class (I have no windows in my room so it was a complete shock!).

BUT... This ick can't last forever, and sooner or later Spring HAS to come!! You're right, it's quietly setting up stage in the background... COMING SOON!!

  3. Fianlly got a chance to sit and get caught up on your comings and goings.
Did Wes poke you on Facebook to let you know my internet has been down. He was here this am to give temp fix and says he will come back this ag=fternoon with a bigger ladder.
For your sake I sure hope you get some decetn weather really quick. But it was trying really hard to snow here this morning. Promises of +12 to +14 by Monday are whats keeping me going.
By the way thanks for assuring me that you and Mags weren't breathing in some mutant forming chemical during the yellow dust days.
Kandee doing great! She pretty much knows where everything is now and if she does bump into something it is not as if she's traveling so fast that she will get a concussionwhen she hits a wall. She just backs up and trys again.
Wednesday night - 15 LBS total.

Great pictures kids are soooooooo cute!!
